Exhibitor Move-In Instructions and Parking
A smooth move-in sets the tone for your entire show experience. The Lancaster County Convention Center's loading dock and freight entrance gives exhibitors direct access to the show floor, and several parking options are available within easy walking distance for exhibitor vehicles throughout the event. Review the details below before your arrival date and contact the producer or manager of your event with any questions.
Loading Dock and Freight Access
All exhibitor freight and equipment enters through the loading dock at 65 South Christian Street, Lancaster, PA 17603. This entrance is separate from the main convention center entrance on South Queen Street and is specifically designated for exhibitor move-in and move-out.
All incoming and outgoing freight must be coordinated through General Exposition Services (GES), LCCC's official material handling and drayage partner.
