Commons on Vine
Commons on Vine is a modern, technology-forward event space on the ground floor of the convention center complex, opening directly onto Vine Street in downtown Lancaster. The space works equally well for corporate receptions, networking events, sponsor activations, cocktail hours, and community gatherings that benefit from a street-level presence in the heart of the city.

The William H. Montgomery House
Built in 1804 for prominent Lancaster attorney William Montgomery, the Montgomery House is one of the finest examples of Federal-period architecture in Pennsylvania and the only documented local work by architect Stephen Hills, who also designed the first Capitol building in Harrisburg. The building was carefully restored during the construction of the convention center complex and reopened as a dedicated event and meeting space in 2013.
When your event calls for a setting that standard ballrooms and conference rooms simply can't deliver, the Montgomery House is the answer. Three floors of distinct, well-appointed event space give your gathering a backdrop with more than 200 years of Lancaster history behind it, along with the latest AV equipment, a dedicated on-site technician, and comprehensive assistance with music, flowers, and entertainment selections.
The Charter Room
The first-floor Charter Room sets the tone from the moment your guests walk in.

The Founders Room

The State Room on the third floor is the Montgomery House's most formal event space, offering an elegant backdrop for private dinners, awards presentations, and special celebrations that call for something beyond the ordinary.
The Parlour
The fourth-floor Parlour is a private retreat flooded with natural light and elegantly appointed for exactly the kind of moment that needs a quiet, beautiful space. Your wedding party uses it to prepare in comfort. Your keynote speaker uses it to decompress before taking the stage. Your VIP guests use it as a hospitality suite that actually feels like one.
