At LCCC, the culinary team builds your wedding menu around your tastes and the kind of evening you want to create. Every detail is handled in-house, from cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres through the wedding cake, giving you one dedicated team managing the entire food and beverage experience.
Cocktail Hour
Keep your guests happy while you finish photos. Butler-passed hors d'oeuvres and stationed displays give your cocktail hour a polished, well-fed feel without requiring a seated format.
Available options include:
- Cold and hot butler-passed hors d'oeuvres
- Stationed displays including cheese, fruit, crudités, and charcuterie
- Optional add-ons including fresh seafood and specialty dips
- Cocktail hour enhancements including a pasta action station and carving stations
Plated Dinner
A formal, seated dining experience with individually plated courses served directly to your guests. Entrée selections are made in advance from a range of proteins, with vegetarian and vegan options available.
Each plated dinner includes:
- Your choice of soup or seasonal salad
- Choice of entrée from chicken, flank steak, salmon, Maryland crab cake, braised short rib, and vegetarian and vegan options
- Choice of vegetable side
- Choice of starch side
Reception Enhancements
Add variety to your meal program with a themed format.
Food station options include:
- Slider bar with multiple protein options
- Walking taco bar
- Mac and cheese with locally sourced Amish cheddar

Wedding Cake
Your wedding cake is included in six designs with your choice of flavor and filling.
Available customizations include:
- Eight cake flavor options
- Ten filling choices

Bar Service
Full bar service is available for your reception with a range of options to fit your guest list and budget.
Bar options include:
- Call brand and premium cocktail options
- House wines
- Domestic, imported, and craft beers including Signature Freedom Lager and Rural City local selections
- Specialty bars including a mimosa bar and espresso martini bar
- Signature cocktails from Boardroom Spirits, a Pennsylvania distillery co-owned by Robert Irvine

Is a wedding cake included?
Yes. Wedding cake is available in six designs with eight flavor options and ten filling choices. Your catering team will work with you to select the right combination for your reception.
Can we customize our wedding menu?
Yes. All wedding menus are fully customizable. Your catering team will work with you to build a program around your preferences, your guests' dietary needs, and your overall reception format.
Are vegetarian and vegan options available for wedding guests?
Yes. Vegetarian and vegan entrée options are available, including eggplant parmesan, crispy tofu with Korean BBQ sauce, and roasted seasonal vegetable penne with quinoa and basil pesto. Let your catering team know about any dietary requirements in advance.
Can I download the current wedding menu?
Yes. Download the current wedding catering menu for full menu selections, enhancement options, and pricing details.
When is the final guest count due?
Final guest counts are due no later than 72 hours before your wedding date. Counts can be increased within that window but cannot be decreased after submission.
How do I start planning my wedding catering at LCCC?
Submit an RFP through our website or call us at 717-237-4000. A member of our wedding planning and catering team will follow up to schedule a tasting, discuss your menu preferences, and walk you through all available options.
Are table linens included with my wedding booking?
Table linen rentals are available through Special Occasions Queen Street Linens, with more than 40 tablecloth colors and fabric options. Standard inclusions cover table napkins, runners, a sweetheart or head table, cake table, cocktail tables, place card table, and gift table.
Can I add chair covers or special décor to my reception?
Yes. Additional décor options are available, including chair covers in a variety of colors and styles, Chiavari chairs, LED uplighting, and ceiling features. Contact your planning team for current pricing and availability.
