As Director of Conference Sales, Jacyn is typically the first member of our team you’ll talk to when you start planning your big event. He’ll help you get a better picture of all our capabilities, as well as provide you with personal insights into what makes Lancaster such an incredible place to visit. As a native of Columbia, SC, and an alumni of University of South Carolina, he’s an avid Gamecocks sports fan. When he’s not enjoying the Lancaster restaurant scene, or watching a big game, you can usually find him enjoying quality time with his two energetic children, Chad and Ava.
With a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Allison has a passion for finding creative and innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of each group she works with—some from all over the world. A Pennsylvania native, Allison loves working right across the square from Central Market, where her favorite stand-holders know her preferred lunch order by heart. When not at work, Allison enjoys getting away to the family farm or handcrafting home décor from old, reclaimed lumber.
As a certified meeting professional with over a decade of experience in the field, Sarah’s expertise ensures that all the details of your vision come together seamlessly. She loves the constant challenge of bringing a wide variety of events to life. Sarah takes pride in Lancaster’s sense of community, and loves that it remains a friendly, approachable place even with so many big city cultural offerings. When not making your event a success, Sarah enjoys spending time with her young son, playing the piano, or curling up with a glass of wine and a good book.
As Conference Services Manager, Lindsey has been with the Lancaster County Convention Center since its opening in 2008, helping exciting and diverse groups get the most out of our facilities and service offerings. When not working, Lindsey can be found perfecting her pinball and ping pong skills (she currently holds the high score at a local dive bar). And, as a connoisseur of all the best that Lancaster city life has to offer, she can tell you about the best spots to find Amish furniture, local goat cheese, a phenomenal cocktail, or the best vintage thrift shops.
